Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource (RN) to lead regional nursing operations across 3-5 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Washington. The role partners with facility leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality care, and consistent clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington
• BSN or MSN preferred
• Infection Preventionist certification required
• DNS-CT or CDONA certification preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role
• Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement programs
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence nursing leaders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between facilities

Responsabilités

• Provide regional clinical oversight and support to skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
• Serve as a primary clinical resource and mentor to Chief Nursing Officers and nursing leadership teams
• Conduct on-site clinical reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of nursing operations, documentation, and outcomes
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis, root-cause analysis, and quality monitoring
• Support facilities with survey readiness, complaint surveys, plans of correction, and follow-up action plans
• Educate and coach facility staff on regulatory requirements, clinical best practices, and company standards
• Validate clinical competencies of nursing leaders and support onboarding and orientation of new CNOs and clinical leaders
• Provide infection prevention oversight and guidance in alignment with state and federal regulations
• Partner with facility and corporate leadership to support QAPI initiatives
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident dignity across all facilities
