Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical program development and drive growth through partnerships across the continuum of care. This role blends clinical leadership with business development, designing programs, reviewing complex referrals, and building relationships with hospital systems and post-acute partners in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel across RegalCare’s Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or related care setting.
• Working knowledge of PDPM and MDS processes.
• Experience with external-facing relationship building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Massachusetts facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical programs across RegalCare facilities to improve outcomes and census growth.
• Partner with facility leadership to operationalize new programs and ensure consistent execution.
• Stay current on clinical best practices, PDPM, and regulatory requirements informing program design.
• Review and approve complex/high-acuity referrals, assessing clinical appropriateness and facility fit.
• Collaborate with admissions, facility teams, and physicians to enable timely admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, ACOs, and physician groups to grow referral volume.
• Own rollout of clinical and business development initiatives with training and adoption across sites.
