Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a regional Head of Risk Engineering for the US and Latin America, with a primary focus on energy and construction occupancies. Responsibilities

Leads delivery of bespoke client service plans through client engagement and survey strategy.
Represents Liberty Risk Engineering with brokers, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Leads engagement with regional Heads of Broker Risk Engineering to strengthen relationships.
Maintains knowledge of assigned lines and market trends and informs services and policies accordingly.
Oversees survey and inspection strategy for the regional team, including on-site surveys and risk appraisals.
Manages regional team resources, budget, and staffing in alignment with leadership.
