Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Regional AR to lead the daily operations of a regional AR team. You will supervise staff, drive productivity, and ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable management across portfolios.

The role requires strong knowledge of the revenue cycle, proficiency with Epic, Meditech and Mediquant, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet budgets and service goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Experience in the revenue cycle required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department flow and staffing to maintain productivity and quality.
• Proficient with Epic, Meditech, and Mediquant in portfolio management.
• Understand CPT, ICD, HCPCS, and payer rules; collaborate with Manager on operations.
• Assist in budgeting and staff scheduling; review time cards and leave requests.
• Mentor staff and ensure training and compliance with policies.
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance and establish department benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and system analysts to address performance enhancements.
• Lead meetings with staff and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ensure quality assurance/compliance and timely collection of receivables.
• Support process improvements and best practices across revenue cycle.
