Job summary

Saber Health Group in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Field Revenue Cycle Specialist to support the Community Business Offices. You will help manage and develop the Revenue Cycle processes and staff to ensure accurate, timely billing across our facilities.

Travel will be required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Long-Term Care Revenue Cycle experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, with the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Long-Term Care Revenue Cycle experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements from application through appeals.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the Community Business Office staff to ensure timely revenue cycle processing.
• Help manage and optimize Revenue Cycle processes across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain accurate billing and reimbursements.
