Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Field Revenue Cycle Specialist to support the Business Offices across our skilled nursing communities. This role requires travel to facilities and focuses on timely and accurate Revenue Cycle processes, working closely with the Revenue Cycle Department and Business Office staff.

We value two-plus years in Long-Term Care revenue cycle, strong computer skills, and Medicaid eligibility knowledge.

Qualifications

• You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.
• Must have the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the Business Office staff across communities to ensure timely and accurate Revenue Cycle processes.
• Assist in managing the recognized Business Offices and collaborate with Revenue Cycle Department.
• Travel to facilities as required to support operations.

Position Summary:

The primary function of Field Revenue Cycle Specialist is to help manage the customarily recognized Business Offices of the communities, particularly regarding staff members of the Business Offices of the communities. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Field Revenue Cycle Specialist works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.

Education/Qualifications:

• You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
• Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.
