Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a multi-state team of Retail agents and drive sales, customer satisfaction and store performance. You will manage operations, coach staff, and coordinate cross-functionally to optimize revenue and safety across several locations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with travel as part of the job. Previous logistics or transportation sales experience is preferred, along with a BS/BA or MS/MA and 3+

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor a team.
• Excellent customer service and escalation handling abilities.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; CRM experience is a plus.
• Successful academic and professional track record; travel flexibility.
• BS/BA or MS/MA with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support 5–10 Retail agents across a multi-state area.
• Drive program implementation with action plans and coaching.
• Support customer escalations and maintain a customer-first mindset.
• Manage staffing to meet operating requirements and talent development.
• Oversee Google reviews for dedicated locations and brand image.
• Collaborate with Retail Executives to grow revenue and profitability.
• Ensure safety, security and store standards through processes.
• Use operational tools to plan for store excellence.
• Travel routinely to support Retail agents and store operations.
