Job summary

Leaf Filter is seeking a District Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail marketers across ten stores in the Grand Rapids area. You will hire, train and develop a scalable marketing team to build brand awareness and generate local sales leads through retail partnerships.

The role requires multi-unit retail management experience, strong recruiting/training skills, and the ability to manage budgets and multiple teams. Travel up to 50% and weekend availability are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in lead generation and management in direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to develop others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current best practices in retail marketing.
• Willingness to travel within territory; evenings/weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive retail marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow-up by sales reps.
• Schedule and plan Retail Marketer teams in the assigned territory.
• Budgeting and staffing within our retail affiliates.
• Lead and develop Retail Marketers; establish KPIs.
• Manage retail marketing materials and setup/take-down.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence locally.
• Develop timelines and internal communications for organization-wide cohesion.
• Track and report retail metrics to evaluate ROI of partnerships.
