Qualifications

• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate leads.
• Plan and schedule a team of Retail Marketers in territory.
• Manage budgeting and staffing within retail affiliates.
