Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a high-impact Area Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores in the designated area with full P&L responsibility. You will drive sales growth, ensure strong customer service, and optimize inventory and merchandising across multiple units.

The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting discipline, and the ability to recruit and develop store teams while complying with company policies. A weekly travel schedule in a company vehicle is expected.
