Job summary

Dollar General seeks a leader to plan and steer the activities of all stores in a designated area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company goals. You will drive sales growth, optimize inventory, and recruit and develop store teams across multiple locations in Texas.

Qualifications

Demonstrated results-oriented leadership with profit & loss accountability.
Strong financial analysis skills to interpret operating statements and budgets.
Ability to recruit, develop, and deploy store teams in a multi-unit setting.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead activities of all stores within the assigned area to meet regional goals.
Drive area sales growth and ensure high standards of customer service.
Oversee inventory management, scheduling and loss prevention across stores.
Communicate divisional priorities and ensure effective execution by store teams.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the operational area.
