Job summary

TD Bank U.S. is seeking a senior leader in King of Prussia, PA to drive financial performance, client experience and operational efficiency across a regional set of bank locations. You will lead talent, define strategies, manage risk and ensure compliance while delivering superior service.

The role requires extensive banking leadership experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to grow deposits, loans and product adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in a retail banking environment preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in a retail banking environment with consumer lending experience preferred.
• Exhibits strong leadership competencies, client centricity, business acumen & judgement, delivery excellence.
• Strong understanding of financial center operations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and manage staff, set goals and evaluate performance.
• Develop regional strategies to meet sales and revenue targets and grow deposits and loans.
• Oversee a network of financial centers and monitor performance while growing talent and culture.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies to manage risk and costs.
• Collaborate with partners to drive regional growth and improve client experience.
