Responsibilities

• Partners with General Managers and staff to run an excellent operation, showing leadership and professionalism.
• Provide counsel to ensure managers establish business plans to keep restaurants profitable.
• Ensure the company is profitable by guiding sales growth, pricing, and wages.
• Oversee staff training across restaurant operations and personal development.
• Coach store managers on progressive discipline and employee development.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards across locations.
• Recruit restaurant staff and address performance issues as they arise.
• Ensure COGS variance remains under 2% and labor variance within 2%.
