Benihana is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple restaurant properties with direct responsibility for operations, financial performance, and leadership impact across the region.

You will drive revenue growth, enforce cost discipline, and elevate guest experiences while building high-performing management teams and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Expect frequent travel and a hands-on leadership presence across markets.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-unit leader in hospitality with a strong people focus.
• Proven track record managing high-volume, full-service restaurants with solid P&L skills.
• Willing to travel regularly and maintain a strong field presence.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate metrics into action.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational execution and financial performance of assigned Benihana restaurants.
• Drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and maintain brand standards across properties.
• Develop general managers and leadership teams through coaching and performance management.
• Travel frequently to visit properties and stabilize operations as needed.
• Partner with corporate leadership to translate strategy into disciplined field execution.
