The Avir Trilogy in Dallas, TX is actively seeking a Regional Respiratory Therapist to join our team, delivering comprehensive respiratory care to patients across hospital, clinic, and home care settings. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in respiratory therapy.
RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification from NBRC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and respiratory therapy software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients in hospital, clinic, and home care environments.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer a range of respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Conduct educational sessions and training programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure evidence-based practices and optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
