Job summary
Super Products LLC, a leading equipment manufacturer, seeks a Regional Rental Manager to lead the regional rental business across the Corpus Christi region. You will drive sales growth, optimize fleet utilization, and uphold high safety and operational standards while building a high-performing team.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and extensive travel to support customers and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, operations, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales, rental equipment, operations, or business management experience.
- 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Experience in industrial equipment rental or vacuum trucks preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and financial performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive rental, parts, and service revenue growth in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Lead and develop regional staff and ensure safety standards.
- Maintain fleet utilization and profitability targets.
- Prepare regional sales forecasts and business plans.
- Travel approx. 75% to support customers and operations.
