Job summary

Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, is seeking a Regional Rental Manager to lead the regional rental business and drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Vice President of Rental Operations and oversee sales performance, fleet utilization, and service excellence while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive sales, rental, operations, or business management experience.
• Five or more years of leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial equipment rental, vacuum trucks, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and financial performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental, parts, and service revenue growth across the region.
• Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships for repeat business.
• Lead and develop regional staff to achieve goals.
• Maintain P&L responsibility and monitor financial targets.
• Maximize fleet utilization and support fleet acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare regional reports and communicate performance to senior leadership.
