Job summary

You will allocate resources, ensure safety, support project managers, and drive profitability while fostering cross-functional collaboration with executives. You will lead with strong construction knowledge, guide teams, analyze data to improve outcomes, and partner with customers to sustain growth

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a diverse workforce.
• Proven track record of leading complex construction projects.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and related Office tools.
• Experience in relay, protection, and apparatus construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in management.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution with safety, productivity, and quality focus.
• Allocate manpower and equipment to meet schedules cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with Safety to ensure training and policy adherence.
• Work with Project Management to develop work plans and review performance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and engage leadership to mitigate.
• Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive growth.
