Job summary

QRM seeks an experienced Therapy/Rehab Program Director to oversee PDPM reimbursement and clinical rehab operations across Pennsylvania facilities. This role requires travel throughout the region, including overnight stays, and leadership of PT/PTA, OT/OTA, and SLP services.

The candidate will mentor teams, ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance, and optimize payment performance while maintaining high clinical standards. Pittsburgh-area residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in PA with current credentials.
• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience leading multi-site SNF rehab programs and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare rules, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and oversight for facilities in the PA region.
• Train and support teams on PDPM compliance and reimbursement.
• Analyze processes to ensure regulatory and company policy adherence.
• Audit assessments and documentation for accuracy and outcomes.
• Coordinate across sites to implement best practices and improvements.
