Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to join our team for full-time work with residents. The role emphasizes interviewing residents to determine food preferences and documenting them in the Resident Food Profile. The position requires collaboration with licensed dietitians and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics required; RD or Licensed Dietitian preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
