Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- seeks a friendly, experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee dietary plans for residents in the Albuquerque area. This full-time role emphasizes independent work, strict food safety, and accurate menu data management.

You will interview residents, document preferences, and update tray data to reflect their dietary needs. A strong organizational skill set and familiarity with therapeutic diets are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; master's preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preference into tray card data base.
