Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly, experienced Regional Dietician to oversee nutrition services across our facilities. This full-time role emphasizes resident nutrition assessment, individualized meal planning, and collaboration with licensed dietitians.

Responsibilities include interviewing residents to capture food preferences, updating tray card data, and coordinating referrals to the Dietician for complex nutritional concerns. Benefits listed are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preferences into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.

Education
