Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly Regional Dietitian in Albuquerque to provide dietary guidance and coordinate resident meals.

You will interview residents, document preferences, and collaborate with a licensed dietitian to ensure safe, therapeutic diets. A Bachelor's in dietetics and a Food Handler’s permit are required, with a Master’s preferred; strong organization and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Licensure is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of normal/therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills; experience with licensed dietician is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preferences into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.
