Job summary

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet seeks CDL drivers for Southwest Regional Reefer runs. Out 10-14 days with a 1:6 day off ratio, live load/unload with no touch freight. Trainees welcome at $700 training pay; experienced pay tiers climb with tenure.

400 miles average, 2,200–2,400 miles weekly; pay $0.50–$0.59 CPM plus $20 per stop; W2 benefits available. Requires CDL and 120 hours driving school within past 6 months, TWIC card, no tickets on MVR, and clean safety record.

Qualifications

• TWIC card required or trainee program available.
• CDL license and completion of at least 120 hours driving school.
• 1 year OTR experience in last 3 years, or 6 months OTR plus 120 hours school, or trainees with no experience.
• No Tickets on MVR; no criminal history or drug/alcohol violations.
• No Sap Drivers; urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drop & Hook – Live Load/Unload; No Touch Freight.
• Out 10–14 days per trip.
• 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
• Travel region: TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, NM.
