Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking drivers for a regional reefer route. Trainees are welcomed with a structured 4-week training period and a flat rate during training. Out 10–14 days with one day off for every 6 days out, averaging 2200–2400 miles per week and paying on all miles.

Starting pay progresses with experience ($0.50–$0.59 CPM) plus $20 per stop. CDL is required, and the carrier covers related costs for the TWIC card. Benefits available for W2 employees.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and complete 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• 1 year 53' tractor trailer OTR experience in last 3 years is required.
• Trainees with zero experience are welcome for training.
• No tickets on MVR; no criminal history or drug/alcohol violations.

Responsabilités

• Drop & hook; live load/unload; no touch freight.
• Out 10–14 days with 1 day off for every 6 days out (up to 4 days).
• Paid on all miles; weekly average $1200–$1400.
