Job summary

Troy University is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support enrollment by executing recruiting strategies in a defined geographic area, targeting freshman and transfer students.

You will maintain ongoing contact with prospective students and families, and build relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other sources of enrollment.

The role requires frequent travel to Troy Campus for training; applicants must reside in the assigned territory and be willing to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from regionally accredited college or university.
• One year of recruiting and/or sales experience.
• Must have transportation and a current driver’s license.
• Must meet auto insurance eligibility requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment efforts by implementing regional strategies to grow applicants.
• Maintain constant contact with prospective students and families.
• Build relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other enrollment sources.
• Travel to Troy Campus for training and development; travel expenses reimbursed.
