Job summary

Sage Title in Bel Air, MD, seeks a Business Development Representative to build relationships with brokers, lenders, and Realtors while expanding market share and developing new sales opportunities. You will report activity and represent Sage Title at industry events.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service and knowledge of RESPA and regulatory requirements. Some travel and ongoing education are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years sales experience, real estate background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, brokerages, Realtors, and lenders.
• Increase market share within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sage Title and competitors’ products and services.
• Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with the sales plan.
• Report business development and sales activity.
• Represent Sage Title in the market and at industry events.
• Promote open communication and mutual, productive internal relationships.
• Offer real estate educational seminars for brokers and Realtors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
