Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R certification within 6 months for new grads; Level 2 progression within 24 months for hires after a date.
• Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, patient safety, and legal compliance.
• Ability to educate, monitor, and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct patient identification, exam prep, and documentation of clinical history.
• Follow imaging protocols, prioritize patient safety, and apply ALARA principles.
• Prepare or administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality and assist in post-processing as needed.
• Educate and supervise students and healthcare team members.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and other specialized radiologic procedures in diverse settings.
