You will own the QMS, oversee audits, lead cross-functional quality initiatives, and represent the company at executive levels on quality risk and performance.

• Define and execute regional quality strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Drive accountability for quality outcomes across multiple sites.
• Establish a culture of ownership, prevention, and continuous improvement.
• Influence operational and capital decisions impacting product conformity and risk.
• Ensure quality performance consistently exceeds expectations.
• Own and evolve a scalable QMS across assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, flow-down requirements, FAIs, traceability, CMMC2 where applicable.
• Lead audits end-to-end and ensure readiness.
