Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a Divisional Quality & DOT Compliance Manager to lead the quality management system and regulatory compliance across regional facilities. You will drive audits, investigations, and CAPA while ensuring DOT/PHMSA alignment and safe, compliant packaging standards.

You will also steer continuous improvement efforts and mentor site teams on quality tools, with a focus on reducing defects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (QA/Regulatory focus).
• 5+ years quality management experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years regulatory compliance experience (DOT hazardous materials).
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Multi-site or regional support experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead QMS implementation and maintenance across facilities and drive audits.
• Oversee DOT/PHMSA and hazardous materials packaging regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and inquiries with agencies such as DOT/EPA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide leadership and regulatory/quality training to facility personnel.
