Amazon is seeking a Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist within the Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in the United States. You will build and implement quality systems, guide field teams, evaluate RME performance, and drive world-class maintenance practices across sites.

You will lead risk-based forecasting, develop tracking tools, and orchestrate audits to raise reliability metrics year over year, with extensive travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or Reliability Engineering or 2+ years Amazon Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Develop parts cage quality standards by creating work benches, tracking quality data and vendor defect rates, and building standard work processes for parts quality management.
• Create risk-based forecasting tools that help site maintenance leaders prioritize work based on asset failure probability and partner with central reliability and RAPA teams to develop tracking automation for audit and parts mechanisms.
• Define RME standard work procedures for maintenance quality, timing, and structure across all sites and providers, while conducting regular field audits to analyze performance against best practices.
• Lead network-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards and validate new company-wide Program Management (PM) processes that meet safety and effectiveness standards.
• Travel domestically up to 80%.
