Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a District Director to lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations in Georgia. You will drive sales growth, uphold company standards, and mentor Restaurant General Managers to achieve strong performance.

The role requires at least 4 years in QSR management, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and outstanding communication and conflict-resolution skills; physical stamina is required to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in QSR management supervising Restaurant GMs for 4–10 units.
• High School Diploma required; BSc/BA or MSc/MA preferred in Business or related field.
• Proven ability to develop targeted sales-building strategies for company restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across multiple locations and drive sales growth while upholding company standards.
• Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers to ensure performance and policy compliance.
