Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager, North America, BSQE in Reston, VA. This contract role (12 months) supports hybrid onsite flexibility, requiring frequent travel to Reston, Houston, and project offices with supplier travel.

The role supervises Area Supervisors and SQRs across North America and reports to the Manager of Regions, BSQE. Key responsibilities include regional leadership, supplier surveillance, resource planning, and continuous improvement aligned with BSQE

Qualifications

Candidate must be certified as Supplier Quality Level II Mechanical/Electrical SQR.
Broad knowledge of materials and equipment purchasing, supplier QA programs, CAPA, and industry codes/standards.
Experience with procurement, PO requirements, and expediting practices.
Knowledge of competency frameworks, scorecards, resource planning, and dashboards.
Proven ability to coach and lead supervisors with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in manufacturing, inspection, testing, and technical document review.
Must have valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

Set regional priorities and execution standards aligned to BSQE operating model and project requirements.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and supplier-related decisions; escalate as needed.
Lead bi-weekly project scorecards, monthly resource-loading reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive issue resolution.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for regional teams.
Monitor budgets, forecasting, and supplier performance across North America.
