Job summary

AZCO seeks a Construction Quality Manager to lead the Quality Program across projects in multiple locations, including Appleton, WI and Kansas City, MO. You will ensure installations meet plans, codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices while managing inspection/test reports.

You will establish project quality requirements, coach field personnel, review subcontractor ITPs/WPSs, and drive corrective actions to prevent quality issues, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 11 years of related experience in quality management and execution of quality programs.
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Welding Technology, NDE, or related field with 9 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Welding Technology, NDE, or related field with 7 years of related experience.
• Thorough understanding of multidiscipline work scopes and strong analytical skills.
• Certified Welding Inspector (AWS) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Program across projects in multiple locations.
• Establish and communicate project quality requirements to the project management team.
• Review and approve ITPs, WPSs, and QC documentation.
• Coach, train, and mentor field quality personnel on the Quality System.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Authorized Inspector for Code work scopes.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to verify QA/QC adherence.
