Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufactured housing or construction industry experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of plant- or corporate-level materials management experience.
• At least 3 years of prior procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, receiving, cycle counting, physical inventory, E&O, and purchase-order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and standardization of purchasing and materials-management processes across assigned plants.
• Monitor plant performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in material cost, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Coach and develop plant purchasing teams and provide stabilization support when needed.
• Provide backup support for open plant materials management positions.
• Share best practices across plants and regions.
