Beacon Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, drive performance, and lead onsite teams. The role focuses on budgeting, marketing initiatives, and capital projects to maximize occupancy and revenue across communities.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to Fair Housing policies while collaborating with regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives and maintain high resident

Qualifications

• Experience leading property management operations and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial review skills.
• Ability to develop and implement business plans across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with market data, occupancy metrics, and rent optimization.

Responsibilities

• Direct a portfolio of properties to meet or exceed budgeted financial goals.
• Monitor income/expenses; present strategies to address variances.
• Oversee monthly financial reports, payables/receivables, and capital expenses.
• Lead marketing efforts to improve occupancy and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing policies and safe, compliant operations.
• Coordinate with HR and regional teams on staffing and performance metrics.
