Job summary

A tech-enabled rental service is looking for an Area Manager to supervise daily operations across properties in Oregon. This role requires 5+ years in property management, excellent self-management skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. You will manage staff, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping tasks, and build relationships with property owners. The position offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $80,000, alongside bonuses, insurance, and flexible time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, ideally multi-site.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to execute light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage market staff, including hiring and training.
• Establish relationships with property owners.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties.
