Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience with multi-site locations.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience in homeowner relations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent self-management skills to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations related to AvantStay properties.
• Directly manage staff including hiring and training.
• Serve as the main contact for property owners.
• Oversee resolution of guest and homeowner issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards compliance.
