• Issues clear written and oral instructions to the development staff.
• Prepares and disseminates required reports to owners and investors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Hiring, evaluating, and terminating development employees with final approval from the Operations Manager or VP-Operations.
• Plans and executes a lease-up when assigned to a new development.
• Understanding of accounting and management software.
