The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and budget management skills, with a focus on scalable operational processes at a national level.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing field operations preferred.
• Experience with budget planning and project cost control.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and direction to regional operations teams to support improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and district leaders to align field maintenance with standards and processes.
• Oversee IT system design, deployment, and support aligned with operational priorities.
• Develop annual operating/capital reports to demonstrate value of resources and cost-effective processes.
