Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Regional Supervisor to join our San Antonio team in Texas. The role offers a competitive base salary with a sign-on bonus and calls for leadership over a region of on-site staff across multiple properties.

Key duties include on-site inspections, mentoring managers, assisting with annual budgets, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. 4+ years in multifamily regional management and a preferred bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers in preparing annual operating budgets.
• Monitor budget control and complete monthly financial reviews.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements.
