Job summary

The Collier Companies seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead the operations of a multi-state, multi-family portfolio from the Florida home office in Gainesville, FL. This on-site role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and proven ability to drive occupancy and revenue across communities.

You will monitor performance, manage expenses, supervise site managers, and coordinate due diligence, capital improvements, and new construction lease-ups while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager.
• Ability to travel throughout multiple states is required.
• Lease up experience required.
• Multi-family apartment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to summarize results for management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of the selected portfolio.
• Monitor property performance and control expenses.
• Supervise managers and staff; build teams.
• Interact with owners and manage due diligence processes.
• Manage new construction lease-ups and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare and review monthly variance and forecast reports.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
