Job summary

Paramark Corporation is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities in the central Iowa region. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a customer-focused approach to maximize property performance.

You will collaborate with property owners and on-site teams, travel within Iowa and surrounding states, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers growth opportunities within a growing real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Iowa Real Estate License or commitment to complete it within 3 months (company paid).
• Several years of progressive property management experience.
• Ability to travel within IA and surrounding states.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.
• Experience with multi-site or association/cooperative management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple communities in the central Iowa region.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Review leasing/occupancy activity and optimize NOI.
• Hire, supervise, and support on-site property managers and maintenance staff.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals with ownership and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain resident relationships and handle escalated issues.
• Coordinate meetings with regional managers, owners, and boards.
