Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a community management position.
• 7+ years in multifamily experience, affordable housing preferred.
• Lease Up / New Development experience where required.
• Intermediate MS Office Suite and property management systems skills.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit/Bond/conventional qualifications preferred.
• Frequent travel within the region is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, executives, vendors and investors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the region's operational budgets and monthly statements.
• Oversee 10 sites and a diverse workforce; provide leadership and feedback to site leaders.
• Coordinate operations, vendor relationships, rent collections, and compliance to ensure smooth performance.
• Support resident relations, customer service, and timely resolution of concerns.
• Ensure adherence to rules, regulations, and guidelines across properties.
