Job summary

Avanath Capital LLC in San Diego seeks a Regional Manager to lead a sizable real estate portfolio, directing operations, budgeting, and capital projects to maximize performance while upholding ethical rental practices.

You will visit communities several times weekly, mentor site leaders, coordinate with finance, asset management, and HR, and drive resident satisfaction through professional, positive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing regional budgets and monthly statements.
• Improve operating efficiency and financial performance of the portfolio.
• Work to achieve rent delinquency targets and manage subsidy vouchers where applicable.
• Oversee large capital projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Visit communities 3–4 times per week; manage up to 10 sites.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate site leaders; coordinate staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with back office teams: compliance, finance, asset management, HR.
