Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Alabama/Mississippi area. You will drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and team success across multiple properties.

The role focuses on developing annual budgets, monitoring performance, and guiding property managers toward occupancy and revenue goals while executing capital projects and improving resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision.
• Strong budgets, reporting, and property performance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets.
• Monitor property performance and financial results.
• Review and analyze monthly variance reports.
• Control expenses and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and support Property Managers and onsite teams.
• Assist with staffing, hiring, and team development.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties.
• Ensure communities meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Support and evaluate marketing and leasing strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects.
• Ensure properties maintain curb appeal and operational standards.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention.
