Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking a results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Alabama / Mississippi area. This role focuses on driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and team success across multiple properties.

You will develop and manage annual budgets, monitor performance, review monthly variance reports, and supervise property managers and onsite teams to ensure occupancy, revenue goals, and high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of property management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong budgets, reporting, and property performance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for assigned communities.
• Monitor property performance and financial results across portfolios.
• Review and analyze monthly variance reports.
• Control expenses and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and support property managers and onsite teams.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and property enhancements.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through high-quality service.
