You will build and lead a team of on-site managers, foster strong client relationships, monitor budgets, review financials, and continuously improve processes to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Property management knowledge in affordable housing a plus

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight of 20–25 apartment communities in Washington State
• Lead and manage a team of on-site managers
• Develop and monitor annual budgets; review monthly financials and reports for owners
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality assurance
• Address performance issues and maintain high standards of property management
