Job summary

The successful candidate will manage operations, leasing, and staff, while collaborating with owners and corporate on goals and performance metrics. A background in LIHTC and related programs is required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma with 5 years related experience/ training; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• COS, CPO and/or AHM designation preferred.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of Conventional/Market, RD, LIHTC, 811 PRA programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial and compliance aspects of a multi-site portfolio.
• Ensure fair housing compliance in all applications and leasing processes.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans; analyze NOI and trends.
• Lead leasing, showings, renewals, and staff performance; manage capital projects and curb appeal.
• Maintain knowledge of property conditions, regulatory requirements, and reporting to owners.
