Come join the NRP Group as a Regional Property Manager supporting our FIRST EVER Market Rate portfolios of Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV!! Under the direction of the Regional Vice President of Property Management, the Regional Property Manager is responsible for leading community teams and overseeing the operational, financial, compliance, and resident‑service performance of an assigned portfolio. This role supports communities across various phases, including development, construction, lease‑up, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of property management experience, including recent experience in a Regional Property Manager or Director‑level role.
Property Management Knowledge: Strong experience with market‑rate communities and working knowledge of applicable landlord‑tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, property‑specific guidelines, and occupancy standards.
Lease‑up experience required.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
